Face Mount gate hinges are manufactured with the industry’s first maintenance-free high-temperature sealed bearings, which are safe to powder coat with the hinges installed on the gate. They are horizontally adjustable for perfect installations and to allow proper gate movement, and the adjustability enables gate gaps as small as 1/2 “ (13mm). Zinc electroplating construction leads to long lasting rust and corrosion protection. Shut It hinges have been tested to over 1 Million open / close cycles.
